SUMMARY:Launching of Climate Change Education (SECCE) program for the 2022/2023 academic year
DESCRIPTION:One of the obstacles to sustainability and climate action especially among the youth is a lack of proper sustainability and climate change education in schools. Due to that\, EEFABE proposes to work on the establishment of proper sustainability\, environmental and climate change education\, empower the youths with environmentally friendly income generating activities\, enhance synergies between stakeholders and actors\, and provide support be it technical\, training\, and capacity building.  Sustainability and climate change education projects will fill the gap created by the lack of information coming from this area\, which has always hindered the achievement of profound climate action through sustainable development in Cameroon. \nFurther activities include promoting\, sensitizing\, and empowering youths on climate change and the SDGs\, collaborating with other organizations\, associations\, and institutions to promote climate change education\, and proposing sustainable development plans under strict COVID prevention measures.
